Includes hands-on template walkthroughs. Session 3: Location, Logistics & Team Planning — Scout and plan locations, coordinate talent/teams/guests, and handle logistics with fashion-specific checklists (fabric lighting, model fittings, event integration). Session 4: Budgeting, Legal, Milestones & Prep — Cover budgeting, contracts, ethical/sustainability considerations, key pre-production milestones (concept approval, casting, rehearsals, risk assessment), and final launch readiness. End with a complete pre-production checklist.
