Pact was founded in 2009 by Jason Kibbey and Jeff Denby, two UC Berkeley Haas graduates passionate about transparent and sustainable supply chains. Starting with a witty tagline—"Change starts with your underwear"—the brand launched with organic cotton underwear, quickly expanding into tees, leggings, loungewear, and more for women, men, kids, and even babies. Over the years, it gained traction in retailers like Whole Foods, Target, Nordstrom, and Macy's.
